Step right up and be a part of the magic of Carnaval Français! 

Carnaval Français is a beloved community celebration bringing together families, friends, and neighbors for a day of music, games, food, and fun. Each year, we proudly partner with local food and beverage businesses, artists, and makers who help make the event festive and memorable.

Vendor sign ups are open through  November 14, 2025.

ARTISTS & MAKERS
Vendor Contribution: $75

Artists and makers will supply their own signage, point of sale, and any additional materials needed. Vendors will be featured in event promotions and vendor highlights.

FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS

Vendor Contribution: 30% of sales from the event
Food and beverage vendors are key to creating the lively, family-friendly atmosphere of Carnaval Français. Participation provides valuable exposure to our school community and the broader public, while supporting the programs and events of Lycée Français  through La Liaison.

Your participation not only showcases your offerings to our community but also directly contributes to enriching the educational experience for our students. As La Liaison is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, any contributions to La Liaison are tax deductible.
